The Brief.

Create a paid social content campaign for Clyde Property on Facebook, Instagram & Twitter. The ads were to focus on the overarching position of the brand, that they understand what truly matters most when moving home.

The Insight.

Moving house can be a stressful, and emotional experience. People have strong ties to their homes, the one they are selling and the new life they are about to begin. The real value of a home lies in the memories you’ve made there and the moments you’ll never forget.

The Work.

Clyde Property understand value. That it’s more than just price.

We used CG modelling to create a small suite of social ads (sized for each platform) to land that message. They focused on the special moments, fond memories, and little quirks that make your home your own.
