The Brief.

Employee wellbeing tool ‘Dharma Index’ asked us to brand their bespoke consultancy service. We were briefed to create a brand strategy, positioning, and visual identity that embodied their values.

The Insight.

Everything is not always as it seems. Underperformance or inefficiency within businesses are often the result of confused, unmotivated or unhappy staff. But a blanket wellbeing solution is not the answer. Identifying the root cause of an individual’s behaviour is key to finding a solution.

The Work.

Dharma Index tells you if your people are motivated, happy & healthy. And it reveals if they are not.

We created a new brand identity, positioning and a suite of brand assets for use across platforms. We developed all strategy, copy, brand guidelines and motion design.

Talking directly to employers and business owners - we prompted them to take control. They are your people, it’s your company, and it’s your business know how they feel.

The brand pattern symbolises the journey to find root cause that often exists in people’s heads away from sight.

Dharma Index helps you navigate that maze in people’s heads to identify the root of the problem.
